As the world shifts to sustainable solutions to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, the Canadian Hydrogen Association (CHA) works to advance the role of hydrogen and hydrogen technology solutions in Canada and abroad. We represent nearly 200 organizations, from academia and municipalities to startups and multinationals, in Canada’s vibrant ecosystem. In collaboration with our members and provincial affiliates in BC, Alberta, and Ontario, we are working to support and grow the Canadian sector through advocacy, communications, government relations, networking, and public awareness.
Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC) works to strengthen the ability of the Canadian electricity industry by focusing on four priority areas. Our goal is a Canadian workforce that is safety-focused, highly skilled, diverse and productive.
The EMerge Alliance is a nonprofit, open-industry membership association leading the rapid adoption of safe, resilient DC and hybrid AC/DC distributed energy microgrid power systems. EMerge Alliance develops vanguard standards, catalyzes market development, and educates the industry on various microgrid models. Our members represent product manufacturers, architects, building owners and developers, engineering firms, environmental consultants, utilities, government agencies, and related academic and industry groups.
The Ontario Waterpower Association (OWA) is a not-for-profit, member-based organization promoting the sustainable development of waterpower resources in Ontario. Since 2001, the OWA has been representing the common and collective interests of the waterpower industry.
QUEST Canada is a national non-profit that supports communities in Canada on their pathway to net-zero. Since 2007, we’ve been facilitating connections, empowering community champions, and influencing decision-makers to implement efficient and integrated energy systems that best meet community needs and maximize local opportunities.
This year marks a significant milestone for WiRE (Women in Renewable Energy) as we celebrate our 10th anniversary! Our mission is to advance the role and recognition of women and other underrepresented groups in the clean energy sector. We believe that this mission is more critical than ever as we strive for a just energy transition. We are committed to empowering women globally, ensuring they receive the recognition, support, and opportunities they deserve.
