Before an invitation letter can be provided, you must register for the conference, and payment must be received via credit card, check (in Canadian funds and drawn from a Canadian bank), or wire transfer. Once registered and paid, the registration system will review your application for visa letter and if approved a letter of invitation will be auto generated. It’s important to note that the invitation letter does not guarantee entry into Canada. Canadian Immigration has a fair and impartial process to approve or deny visas, and we respect their decisions. ETC show management is not in the position to influence the visa process. Once an invitation letter has been provided, the remaining requirements of the VISA application, necessary documentation, embassy or consulate interviews, etc., are the sole responsibility of the attendee. Should the VISA application be denied or not approved in time to attend the event, ETC will refund the full registration fee back to the original credit card, or by check if the original payment was provided by check or wire transfer.
To be eligible to receive the discounted rate, your organization must be recognized as a charitable, nonprofit, non-governmental organization in the country where you are located.
